That is exactly the message I received when I called it back from my work line. I particularly liked that they said "if you missed our call, please hang up, we will likely try again." I bet you will! Do NOT Leave you number to be removed!
I really appreciate that Zack in locating the user or owner of 866-849-3243, which appears making these unwanted calls for Macy's department of store. Good job !!! Thank you !!! Let's expose these collection agency callers who call people day and night; early morning hours to wake us up only to hang up on us with a word "Macy's calling you". What about 702-366-0303 and 513-573-8739; who can find the user or owner of these numbers that are also used by Macy's in its collection calls This company, Xpedite, wants your address and phone NUMBERS for a reason. If they can't call you then they have your address to send collection agency notices at will. Best policy is the less information you give them the fewer their ways of harrassing you.I received 20 calls from this number - 10 betwen 9:06 pm and 9:50 pm; and 10 more between 6:34 and 7:04 am. Luckily all to my work phone, so I wasn't here.

I suspect it is an advertisement, though, because I do not have any CC debt and would not have used this number for any debt anyway.
